Ultralloy™ products are high quality, two component systems thatfills the need for high performance parts in volumes less than 10,000 parts per year. Ultralloy™ materials have user friendly characteristics such as, low viscosities, even ratios, multiple speeds, and compatibility with most silicone, epoxy, urethane, polyester, or aluminum mold materials.

Ultralloy™ is made up of several series with different physical properties. A series can be selected based on the properties that meet the requirements of your application. The individual products within a particular series include different gel times, which can be chosen based on user experience, processing methods, and part design.

Ultralloy™ includes products that are white, clear, black, amber, and tan. Custom coloring can be achieved by pigmenting the "B' side with Hapco’s Color Dispersions. Some Ultralloy Series have a flammability rating of V-0 and are recognized by the Underwriter's Laboratory.

ULTRALLOY™ 100 SERIES
A series of general purpose Liquid Molding Compounds. This product turns a natural white but is available pigmented white for extra brightness. Both versions are available in an 8.5 minute or 25 minute gel time.

ULTRALLOY™ 200 SERIES
A series of general purpose Liquid Molding Compounds that do not change color and remain clear / light yellow when cured. Ultralloy 200 Series are ideal for in mold coloring of parts. They can be easily pigmented and the color remains the same in the cured or liquid state. Tensile strengths from 10,300 psi to 11,800 psi are available.

ULTRALLOY™ 300 SERIES (UL 94V-0)
A series of clear, flame retardant Liquid Molding Compounds. These products have a hardness of 85D and are stiff with a flexural strength of over 13,000 psi.

ULTRALLOY™ 800 SERIES
A series of high strength, fast curing Liquid Molding Compounds. All systems are 1:1 by volume and have low viscosities for easy processing. Tensile strengths from 6,200 psi to12,400 psi and heat distortion temperatures up to 129°C (264°F) are available. Ultralloy 800 Series products are fast, providing a high volume of parts per day.

ULTRALLOY™ 900 SERIES (UL 94V-0)
The 900 Series products are amber, however a clear version is available for more effective coloring. Tensile strengths from 6,400 psi to 11,700 psi and heat distortion temperature up to 122°C (252°F) are available. Ultralloy 900 Series products are fast, providing a high volume of parts per day.

ULTRALLOY™ 900 CLEAR SERIES
The same properties as the 900 Series products but clear for more effective coloring.

ULTRALLOY™ 40 & 50 SERIES
A series of general purpose Liquid Molding Compounds with low moisture sensitivity. Ultralloy 40 and 50 Series can be open cast, pressure cast, or vacuum cast. The products are pigmented white and have excellent impact strength.

ULTRALLOY™ 3300 SERIES (UL 94V-0)
A series of flame retardant Liquid Molding Compounds with high physical properties. The tensile strength is 12,600 psi and flexural strength is 16,500 psi after post cure. This series is available in a 2, 4, 14, and 28 minute gel time.
