Urethane and Epoxy Primers
Primer 200 was specifically developed to enhance the bond of Hapco's Epoxy and Urethane based products to metals such as steel, aluminum, iron, etc.
Primer 810 was specifically developed to enhance the bond of of Hapco's Epoxy and Urethane based products to plastics.
- Simple to use and yield a significant increase in bond strength over a wide range of environmental conditions.
- One component systems that can be brushed or sprayed, making them ideally suited for low and high production.

| Cure | Air dry 1-2 minutes. For best results, heat at 180°F for 1 hour before using the polymer. | Apply and allow to set for 1-2 minutes. |
APPLICATION METHOD: Brush or spray
MIXING: none required
SURFACE PREPARATION: To promote adhesion, the surface must be cleaned with a clean cloth and solvent, abraded and dried. Sandblasting and mechanical roughing are the preferred methods of abrading surfaces. Make sure all surfaces are dry and free from moisture. Moisture may cause contamination and poor adhesion.
FLAMMABILITY: Flammable! - Keep away from open flames. Keep in cool dry place.
STORAGE: These polymer systems have a minimum shelf life of six months when unopened. Products should be stored off the floor at table height, in a room temperature environment. When not in use, containers should be kept tightly closed.
PRECAUTIONS:
Skin or eye contact with polymers should be avoided. The use of gloves and eye protection are strongly recommended.
All polymers, as a general practice, should be used in well-ventilated areas. Spot ventilation is most effective. Contaminated clothing should be removed immediately and the skin washed with soap and water or waterless skin cleaner. Should accidental eye contact occur, wash thoroughly with water and
consult a physician.
