A series of systems that can be used in the Low Production Vacuum Molding or Pressure Molding Processes. The Ultralloy 250 Series is perfectly clear and can be used for colored parts with true and vivid colors. Ultralloy 250 Series has outstanding physical properties and is easily molded.

A series of high strength, high heat distortion, fast curing Liquid Molding Compounds. All systems are 1:1 by volume and the A & B sides have equal viscosities for enhanced processing. Tensile strengths from 6,200 psi to12,400 psi and heat distortion temperatures up to 129°C (264°F) are available. Ultralloy 800 Series is fast. It provides parts instantly, giving the user a high production volume of parts per day.

A series of Liquid Molding Compounds with Underwriters Laboratory 94V-O Flammability rating. The 900 Series properties are similar to the Ultralloy 800 Series. Tensile strengths from 6,400 psi to 11,700 psi and heat distortion temperature up to 122°C (252°F) are available. Like the Ultralloy 800 Series, the 900 Series products are fast, providing a high volume of parts per day.

A series of general purpose Liquid Molding Compounds with low moisture sensitivity. Ultralloy 40 and 50 Series can be open cast, pressure cast, or vacuum cast. The products are natural white and are available in varying physical properties.
