        RAPIDFIL™ Detailed Standard Specifications 

        DISPENSING MIXING GUN

        The dispensing gun features a comfortable and easy

        to use design.  All mixing is external for quick and

        easy maintenance, with 2 liquid hoses and an

        electrical harness on the inbound side (the feed

        side).  On the outbound side (nozzle side) there is

        a threaded protrusion and 2 output ports. The trigger

                                           of the gun is equipped with a safety lock.

            ACCESS PANELS

            RAPIDFIL has two easy access service

            panels, one on each side.

             EASY FILL TANKS

             Each tank has easy, screw ON/OFF lids.

                TANK SHUTOFF and DRAIN VALVES

                Each tank has a main shut off valve and a

                1/4 turn ball valve with a drain hose for

                draining the tanks  The valves are located

                inside the unit, under each tank.

        LCD / COMPUTER CONTROLLED

        MAIN CONTROL PANEL

        Pre-programmed, easy to use, LCD / computer

        controlled, main control panel. Controls output speed,

        shot timer, tank mixers, purge time, and tank

        temperature.

        AUTOMATIC SHOT TIMER

        Dispensing can be controlled manually or by using the Timed Shot

        feature, which allows the user to control the shot size by time (seconds).

        Each time the trigger is pressed, the same shot size is dispensed.

        When in the OFF mode, the user controls the dispensing length of time

        by pressing and holding the trigger.

        DIGITAL VARIABLE OUTPUT

        The variable output control is located in the SPEED

        menu. This controls the output speed / volume of

        material. Most models can dispense from 0-1 gallon

        per minute. (Output depends on material)

        TANK HEATERS - TEMPERATURE CONTROL 

        Individual, user controlled, heat temperature

        settings for Part A and Part B tanks.  Temperature

        is displayed in degrees Fahrenheit.
