HAPCOAT 3726   ALUMINUM FILLED   HIGH TEMPERATURE   GEL COAT

FAST "TACK-UP" TIME      HIGH HEAT DISTORTION     MACHINABLE     LOW SHRINKAGE      EASILY HANDLED      VERSATILE

HAPCOAT 3726 is a high heat resistant, thixotropic, gel coat that is specifically designed to reproduce surface details exactly and eliminate print through.  When HAPCOAT 3726 is used with HAPCURE 7 curing agent, it is ideally suited for molds filled with aluminum conductites or sand, or backed with fiberglass cloth. This is due to its fast "tack-up" time which eliminates any print through.

  • Formulated to withstand 350°F continuous service, & intermittent service to 400°F

  • Being thixotropic, HAPCOAT 3726 applies easily with a brush, and will not sag when applied to a vertical surface

  • Easily machined and can be drilled, tapped, or milled with conventional tools

  • When used with HAPCURE 7, HAPCOAT 3726 reaches "tacked-up" (bubble gum) state in approximately 30-45 minutes.

  • Short-term exposure to 400°F and continuous service to 350°F is possible with this system.

  • Reproduces the finest surface detail and texture.

  • There is almost no shrinkage during cure with HAPCOAT 3726.

  • May be used with a variety of curing agents to accommodate a wide range of application requirements.
